about finding a way of changing your eating habits permanently, if you don’t

If your answer is #2, you need to find long term weight loss methods that not only promise results, but also deliver. This way you will shed

limiting your carbohydrate intake, to about 20 grams a day, because this way

#2, which is reducing your carbohydrate intake, therefore accelerating your
metabolism. If you do so, you will lose about 20 pounds in two months, without
ever gaining it back. In order for this to happen, you need to pick a diet that
offers the solution I’ve just talked about or if you don’t trust any of them,
you can make one yourself, but first you need to count micronutrients with a
calculator and you can then define your goals and make a diet plan.
