It was also reported by GlobeStreet.com that "Bentall says the deal calls for SITQ to develop a 165,320-square-foot, six-story facility with underground parking that will connect via sky bridge to an adjacent building, and for T-Mobile to extend its lease for an additional 360,225 square feet of space through 2015."
It is good to see at least one of the major eastside companies planning growth for the years to come!
